RECEIVED NLS ERROR WHILE RUNNING VAUNLOCK

The vaunlock image includes AbtHelpApp, which on the UNIX platforms requires the CDE Help
shared library (libDtHelp.a, libDtHelp.so, or libDtHelp.sl), and the load of this shared library is attempted
before the VisualAge NLS subsystem has been initialized.  If the load fails, then the attempt to construct 
an appropriate error message causes this walkback log and these messages to occur.

The "workaround" is to install the CDE Help shared libraries.  On AIX, this means installing the LPP
fileset "X11.Dt.lib".

OR

use vaunlock.icx file by renaming the existing one and replacing it with this one and then running vaunlock.
