PTR9332.ST -  PROBLEM PRECOMPILING SELECT WITH > 100 COLUMNS, > 50
COLUMNS WITH NULL TERMINATOR ON

When precompiling a select with over 100 columns you get a "token_id_array 
out of range" error. (or > 50 columns if they have the null indicator on).  The most
common error received is SQL4905.

File in ptr9332.st to fix this problem.
