About the Author: Stanley Dobrowski is the Data Center Manager at Bergen County Utilities Authority in New Jersey. He is a system administrator, system analyst, database designer, programmer, and helps with the support of the PC users. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science, with a minor in Electrical Engineering and has been working with computers since his freshman year of high school in 1973. He is married with two children.
