HP 95LX SUPPORT FROM HEWLETT-PACKARD

HP provides the following avenues of support:
  1. 1. Pre-sales information, dealer locations, and recorded answers to commonly asked questions are available at 800-443-1254. After calling the number, use your touchtone phone to select what pre-recorded information you wish to receive.
  2. 2. The technical support group is available at 900-288-0025 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Pacific Time. There is a $2.00 per minute charge billed to your phone. The first minute is free. The HP Palmtop Paper has heard that HP is planning to offer an 800 number for HP 95LX technical support. This number would be available to companies or individuals who have contracted and paid for this service. This plan is in response to the difficulty many customers have in calling the 900 from their offices. As we get further information, we'll report it in future issues of The HP Palmtop Paper.
  3. 3. As described in the article on page 10, there is an active user community on the HP Systems Forum (GO HPSYS) in the HP 95LX section, available through CompuServe Information Services. HP engineers frequent the forum and often give tips when other users can't help.
  4. 4. Customers can write letters to the Tech Support Group (use address in back of the manual).
